Location: Onsite – Pakistan Office
Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday) US time : 9AM to 5PM , PK time: 7PM to 3AM

Role Summary
The Tech Support / IT Administrator is responsible for managing internal IT systems, access provisioning, and day-to-day technical support across the organization. This role ensures employees have secure, timely access to the tools they need while minimizing downtime, security risks, and reliance on external IT consultants.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on rapid issue resolution, strong documentation, and proactive system management across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, 1Password, and other business-critical platforms.
What You’ll Do
IT Access & Security Management
Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning across all company systems
Maintain secure credential and password management using 1Password
Conduct regular access audits and security reviews to ensure compliance
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS tools
Respond to internal IT support requests and tickets with timely resolutions
Coordinate with external vendors only when escalation is required
Documentation & Process Improvement
Document IT processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Create user guides and maintain an internal IT knowledge base
Identify recurring issues and proactively implement preventative solutions
Operations & Reporting
Provide regular updates on ticket status, access requests, and system health
Support leadership with visibility into IT performance and security posture

Qualifications
Experience providing IT support in a SaaS-driven or corporate environment
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin tools
Familiarity with password managers (1Password preferred)
Experience supporting tools like Monday.com, Slack, Zoom, and similar platforms
Basic understanding of access security, audits, and compliance best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
