Sustainable Talent is providing a dedicated, embedded Recruiter to support MongoDB’s Customer Engineering hiring in Ireland. This role functions as a seamless extension of MongoDB’s Talent Acquisition team, delivering full-cycle recruiting expertise with the added advantage of Sustainable Talent’s AI-driven search strategies, market insights, and human-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MongoDB hiring managers to define requirements, craft job descriptions, and design recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

• Build and manage sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Sustainable Talent’s proprietary AI-powered tools.

• Oversee the candidate journey from screening through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-touch, positive experience.

• Collaborate within MongoDB’s ATS (Greenhouse) while leveraging Sustainable Talent’s analytics to track and optimize results.

• Represent MongoDB’s mission, values, and culture authentically to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience—preferably in technical or customer engineering roles.

• Experience hiring in Ireland and familiarity with EMEA talent markets.

• Skilled at balancing multiple requisitions and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation skills.

• Tech-savvy with Greenhouse or similar ATS experience.
