Responsibilities
1. Technical Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
· Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical roles related to AI-driven neural data analytics
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, offer coordination, and follow-ups
· Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
· Maintain accurate candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
2. HR Operations & Generalist Duties
· Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination
· Maintain and organize employee records and HR-related data
· Assist with internal HR processes and basic policy documentation as needed
· Collaborate with external partners (e.g., Labor Law Firm or payroll vendors) for HR-related operations
3. Payroll Coordination & Compensation Administration
· Maintain and update compensation-related changes, including salary increases and role changes
· Prepare and share payroll-related HR data with external payroll vendors or Labor Law Firm
· Coordinate monthly payroll schedules to ensure timely and accurate salary payments
4. Cross-functional & Startup Support
· Support HR-related tasks that arise in an early-stage startup environment
· Work independently while collaborating closely with global teams in the US and Korea
· Continuously improve HR and recruiting processes as the organization scales
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
· 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or HR roles, preferably in IT, AI, or healthcare-related companies
· Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and manage HR responsibilities as a sole owner
· Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter)
