Tech Lead | Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

The Tech Lead is a senior technical leader responsible for defining the technology vision, overseeing the architecture and guiding the implementation of enterprise-grade banking sector software solutions. In this role, you will lead development efforts within core banking-related projects, guide engineering teams, and ensure delivery of high-performing and secure solutions. You will work closely with product, architecture, and client teams to design, build, and implement advanced banking platforms and services.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and mentor a development team of approximately 10 engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Guide the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to delivery and maintenance.
• Apply deep understanding of banking systems, regulatory needs, and financial workflows to drive solution design and quality.
• Oversee technical decision making, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions.
• Contribute to architectural planning and technical roadmaps.
• Support QA and review processes to ensure compliance, security, and product excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and DevOps.
• Utilize hands-on technical proficiency across:
• Microsoft .NET
• MS SQL Server
• Postgres
• Angular
• GitHub

• Apply experience in cloud environments including AWS and Azure, supporting hybrid and cloud-native architectures.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale software systems.
• Strong domain knowledge in banking, financial services, or core banking platforms.
• Deep understanding of software engineering practices, system architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges.
