Tech-Lead - ServiceNow HRSD

• Lead the ServiceNow HRSD team in the development and execution of HR service delivery and App Engine using the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Leading the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of the ServiceNow Platform focussing on HRSD, ITSM & App Engine.
• Contributing to projects or programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionalities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Continuously monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and security of the HRSD solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to drive innovation in HR service delivery.

• Responsible for platform governance reducing technical debt and drive platform standards.
• Contribute as ServiceNow platform expert implementing ServiceNow best practices, advancements, and innovation.
• Gatekeeper for ServiceNow Master Data
• Configuration and development on ServiceNow platform
• Testing of new and existing functionality
• Documentation of new and existing process

• About 6-10 years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow Platform Development & administration
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, and UI development.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• In-depth Practical implementation experience designing and developing large scale HRSD, ITSM and Custom Applications
• Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App
• Experience with portal and complex custom widgets
• Experience CMDB, CSDM and Master data setup.
• Hands on ServiceNow integration experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.
• Passion to work in Enterprise Applications area.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical & debugging skills.
• Understanding of software development processes
• Nice To Have:

• ServiceNow certified Implementaion Specialist/Technical Architect
• ITIL Foundation certified
• Adherence to agile development methods like SCRUM
• Experience with Integration HUB
