What is our mission?

Provide the means and the measures for designing and developing all the quality aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution by creating, documenting and testing an end to end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected.

What You’ll Do

Lead the technical direction of a small, cross-functional engineering team.

Design, build, and review scalable frontend solutions using React and modern frontend practices.

Drive backend development with Node.js, ensuring clean APIs and solid architecture.

Take ownership of technical decisions, system design, and architectural evolution.

Define and promote best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Oversee and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitHub Actions and automation.

Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Mentor and support team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

Ensure high standards in deployment and operations using Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus).

Stay up to date with new technologies and drive continuous improvement across the development workflow.

Work within an Agile environment, balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.

What We’re Looking F

5+ years of experience in software engineering, building complex and distributed systems.

Proven experience in a Tech Lead or senior technical leadership role.

Strong full-stack background with:

Frontend: React, modern CSS solutions (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components).

Backend: Node.js.

Deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of software architecture principles: scalability, maintainability, fault tolerance, and recovery.

Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and GitHub workflows (GitHub Actions, GitOps, scripting).

Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership and decision-making.

Strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas and propose better solutions.

Passion for clean code, technical excellence, and sustainable software development.

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Fluent in English (written & spoken).
