We’re looking for a talented and experienced Tech Lead to join nas.io, a fast-growing startup empowering communities worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product, lead a strong engineering team, and work at the heart of Singapore’s vibrant startup ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

•
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence

•
Drive architecture and technical decisions to ensure scalability, security, and innovation

•
Partner closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features

•
Stay hands-on with coding while guiding the team on best practices in software development

•
Contribute to the dynamic startup culture, where speed, ownership, and creativity are key

Requirements:

•
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Tech Lead in a startup or fast-paced environment

•
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on software development experience

•
Deep expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and React

•
Strong knowledge of architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure

•
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional global teams
