Deine Aufgaben:
Architecture & System Engineering

• Design and evolve distributed fullstack architectures using React/Next.js + Node.js
• Shape API models (REST, GraphQL), data flows, and integration logic
• Drive the technical vision for scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability

Fullstack Engineering Excellence

• Build highly performant user interfaces with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JS
• Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and complex logic in Node.js
• Implement advanced rendering (SSR/SSG/ISR, Server Components)
• Build PWAs and contribute to native application features where relevant

Performance, Observability & Scale

• Engineer systems for low latency, global distribution, and resilience
• Lead caching, data modeling, and optimization strategies
• Ensure observability and robustness in mission-critical flows

Influence & Leadership

• Mentor other engineers, lead discussions, challenge assumptions
• Define engineering principles, coding standards, and architectural guardrails
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, R&D, and Platform Engineering

Who You Are (Top-Tier Only)

You don’t just “know” the stack, you command it:

• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and UI/UX best practices
• Strong experience with REST & GraphQL API design
• Experience with PWAs and/or native apps
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL systems: MySQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB
• You understand system design: patterns, trade-offs, complexity
• You thrive in fast-scaling environments
• You learn fast. You build fast. You think ahead.
