🔧 Votre rôle

En tant que Tech Lead Drupal, vous définissez l’architecture cible, encadrez les développements critiques et garantissez la qualité technique du projet. Vous intervenez sur un environnement moderne basé sur Drupal 11, PHP 8.3 et Pantheon.

🎯 Vos missions

• Concevoir l’architecture finale et définir les conventions (modules custom, services, logs, events, configuration).

• Développer ou superviser les briques e‑commerce manquantes :
Catalogue produit – Panier – Checkout – Commandes

• Mettre en production les intégrations :

• ERP WIGES (catalogue, stock, clients)

• SaferPay (paiement)

• Déployer une approche qualité complète : tests, observabilité, RGPD, accessibilité.

• Garantir un transfert de connaissances fluide (documentation, handover).

🧭 Responsabilités clés

• Piloter les choix techniques et rédiger les documents d’architecture.

• Encadrer et implémenter les modules backend critiques.

• Définir stratégie Git, conventions, revues de code et règles de qualité.

• Coordonner avec toutes les parties prenantes (tests bout‑en‑bout).

• Conduire les sessions de passation et assurer la maintenabilité de la plateforme.
