Tech Lead - Dot Net

As a Dot Net Tech Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional team within the Product & Technology Team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll work closely with the Product Owner to plan and achieve project outcomes, ensuring high-quality technical contributions and effective team management.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions and lead design reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to address technical and architectural challenges, ensuring system reliability and security.
• Track and report on delivery metrics and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Negotiate scope, speed, and quality trade-offs with the Product Owner.
• Maintain team productivity, manage pace, and prevent burnout.
• Transform complex projects into actionable tasks and guide detailed execution plans.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives and provide technical support and mentorship.
• Implement Agile/XP SDLC practices and adjust as needed.
• Support recruitment, team development, and performance management.
• Resolve conflicts and provide ongoing feedback.
• Set and communicate clear goals aligned with business strategy.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a positive work environment.

• Expertise in Microservices/Service Oriented Architecture.
• Advanced skills in Agile Development, CI/CD, SDLC, Project/Programme Management, APIs/Web Service Integration, IT Security Management, Cloud Computing, AI/Machine Learning, Technology Strategy, Technology Governance, Change Management, and Requirements Gathering.
• Proficient in Algorithms and advanced IT Security Management.
