About The Role::
As our Tech Lead, you are the bridge between ambitious business goals and scalable technical execution. You define the technical roadmap for our backend ecosystem, ensure the long-term health of our architecture, and foster a culture of excellence. While you remain technically "hands-on," your primary focus is on enabling the team, making high-level design decisions, and ensuring our card and payment products remain at the cutting edge.

Expect a Day Full of::
• Strategic Roadmap: Defining the technical vision for our card and payment products in close collaboration with Product Management, stakeholders, and partners. 
• Integration Strategy: Ensuring our card-related APIs and interfaces are seamless, secure, and ready for high-scale B2B(2X) integrations. 
• Operational Excellence & Flow: Acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the team can deliver autonomously and without friction. 
• Technical Governance: Overseeing the technical health of the backend, making high-level decisions on tech stack evolution and vendor integrations (e.g., processors, KYC, etc.). 
• Card Lifecycle & Transaction Processing: Architecting the core logic for card issuing, real-time authorizations, and complex clearing/settlement for credit, debit, and prepaid products. 
• Architectural Stewardship: Ensuring the integrity of our ledger, financial value flows, and distributed system design. 
• End-to-End Ownership: Overseeing the entire service lifecycle. From initial blueprint to production stability. Empowering the team & living the "own what we build" spirit.

Who We’re Looking For::
• Engineering Leader: A leader who leads "from the code," maintaining a strong technical pulse while managing high-level stakeholders. 
• Business-to-Tech Translator: Ability to translate complex card-business requirements into scalable technical blueprints. 
• Fintech & Card Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of card network protocols, transaction lifecycles, and regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS. 
• Visionary Mindset: Experience in building modern financial services with a focus on Embedded Finance and user-centric card products. 
• Senior Expertise: Extensive experience in ‘Go’, distributed systems, and SQL databases, combined with a strong sense for system design and business logic. 
• AI-Driven Productivity: Leading the team in using AI tools to optimize efficiency, code quality, and daily development workflows.
