Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineering Lead who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in Azure-based environments, leads by example, and is passionate about building and scaling AI capabilities across teams.

This role is 100% remote but only open to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM). Applications outside this region will not be considered.

What you’ll do:

Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, driving technical excellence and delivery

Design and implement AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure platforms

Guide the adoption and effective use of tools like Copilot and AI Agents

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions

Ensure best practices in AI development, scalability, and performance

Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development

Proven experience leading technical teams

Strong expertise in Azure AI ecosystem

Solid understanding of AI platforms, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks

Experience enabling teams through tools like Copilot

Language Requirement

English: B2 required
