About this role

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our growing product team in Egypt. As a key link between our business stakeholders and our engineering teams, you will be responsible for translating the product vision into actionable requirements that deliver high value to our users.

What you will do

• Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Ensure that the engineering team always has a clear set of refined stories ready for development.
• Requirement Gathering: Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution by writing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with the Senior PM, Sales, and Support teams to gather feedback and communicate the "why" behind the roadmap.
• Sprint Execution: Play a leading role in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Demos).
• User Advocacy: Use data and user feedback to represent the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Validate that delivered features meet the "Definition of Done" and align with the initial business requirements.
• Tech and AI Proficiency: Possess a foundational understanding of core technical concepts such as API, cloud infrastructure, database and cache mechanism, Large Language Models (LLM) and Prompt Engineering.

Who you are

• Experience: you have 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban frameworks and proficiency in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance technical constraints with commercial urgency.
• Language: Fluent in English, Arabic, and French (good to have)
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex discussions across different departments.
