About this role

We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to lead the development of a core product vertically. This is a role for a "full-stack" product leader: someone who can navigate high-level strategy and deep-dive into technical execution with equal ease.

You will be the primary driver of your product's success, treated as the "CEO" of your specific domain. Whether the user is a colleague or a global customer, your mission remains the same: to build scalable, high-performance solutions that solve complex problems. You will own the "Why," the "What," and the "How," ensuring that every release moves the needle on our core business metrics.

What you will do

1. Product Strategy & End-to-End Ownership

• Vision & Roadmap: Define and drive the long-term roadmap for your product area, ensuring it is scalable and aligned with company-wide objectives.
• Lifecycle Leadership: Take full accountability for the product from initial discovery and research through to development, launch, and iterative optimization.
• Opportunity Discovery: Conduct deep-dives into user workflows and data to identify friction points, translating them into high-impact product requirements.

2. Tactical Execution (The "Engine" Room)

• Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on value and ROI. Ensure the engineering team has a consistent flow of well-defined, refined stories.
• Requirement Gathering: Translate complex business needs into clear, technical documentation and user stories with rigorous acceptance criteria.
• Agile Leadership: Drive all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Demos) to maintain team velocity and clarity.
• Quality Assurance: Act as the final gatekeeper for excellence. Validate that all delivered features meet the "Definition of Done" and provide a seamless user experience.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Strategic Alignment: Navigate and influence stakeholders at all levels, justifying product decisions with data, efficiency gains, and clear trade-off analysis.
• Adoption & Training: Ensure smooth rollouts by leading change management efforts, providing documentation, and supporting user training.

Who you are

• Experience: 4+ years in Product Management within the tech/SaaS sector, with a proven track record of leading Agile delivery squads.
• The "Owner" Mindset: A self-starter who takes personal responsibility for the success, quality, and stability of their product.
• Analytical Rigor: You make decisions based on data, not just intuition. You are comfortable discussing technical architecture and integrations with engineers.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the product’s user base and scale may evolve rapidly.
• Arabic: Native/Fluent (Essential for understanding local context and user needs).

• English: Professional Fluency (The standard for our global documentation and strategy).
• French: Strongly Preferred. Ability to collaborate with Francophone partners and regional stakeholders is a significant advantage.
