Job Description
We are looking for a visionary yet hands-on Tech Strategy Consultant to lead our digital evolution. This is a unique role for a "bridge-builder"—someone who can sit with leadership to define our product roadmap and then roll up their sleeves to execute the development from end-to-end. You will be the architect of our digital ecosystem, ensuring our technology stack scales alongside our educational mission in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
•
Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term tech strategy; evaluate whether to build custom solutions or integrate best-in-class SaaS products to meet business goals.
•
End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and wireframing to vendor selection, development oversight, and final deployment.
•
Vendor & Talent Orchestration: Source and manage external developers or vendors, ensuring high-quality code and delivery within budget and deadlines.
•
Future-Proofing: Proactively identify emerging EdTech trends (AI, personalized learning, etc.) to keep us ahead of the competition.
Requirements
•
Experience: 6+ years in Digital Transformation, Product Management, or Technical Consulting—ideally within the Education or EdTech sectors.
•
The "Architect" Skillset: Proven track record of implementing and connecting complex systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Xero, BambooHR, or LMS platforms like Canvas/Moodle).
•
Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of system architecture, data migration, and API integrations (experience with middleware like Zapier or Make is essential).
•
Project Mastery: Expert-level command of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, or Linear).
•
The "Translator" Ability: Exceptional skill in translating complex business pain points into clear technical specifications.
•
Language: Native or professional fluency in Cantonese and English is a must; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
