Als Teamleiter Sales Support (m/w/d) führst du ein starkes Team, gestaltest internationale Auftragsprozesse aktiv mit und treibst digitale Entwicklungen im Sales-Umfeld voran.

Deine Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Sales Support Teams

• Gesamtverantwortung für eine effiziente, termingerechte und kundenorientierte internationale Auftragsabwicklung

• Steuerung, Priorisierung und Überwachung sämtlicher Angebots-, Auftrags- und Lieferprozesse

• Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb, SCM, Logistik, Finance sowie externen Dienstleistern

• Aktive Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Sales- und Auftragsprozessen (z. B. Digitalisierung, CRM, KI-gestützte Lösungen)

• Operative Mitarbeit bei komplexen oder kritischen Kunden-, Liefer- und Versandthemen
