Einleitung:
Für eine dynamisch wachsende Unternehmensgruppe im industriellen Umfeld suchen wir eine inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit als Teamleiter:in für Client Management und Endgeräteverwaltung. Hier steuerst du mit deinem Team die digitale Transformation – von der strategischen Ausrichtung bis zum tagtäglichen IT-Betrieb.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Führung & Entwicklung eines motivierten IT-Teams, das innovative Konzepte für Endgeräteverwaltung und Patch-Management realisiert
• Verantwortung für die IT-Strategien rund um digitale Arbeitsplätze, inkl. Budgetplanung und Prozessoptimierung
• Koordination von Software-Paketierung und Deployment (z.B. Microsoft Intune) sowie Integration neuer Technologien zur Stärkung von Sicherheit und Effizienz
• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Richtlinien – standortübergreifend
• Steuerung internationaler IT-Projekte und enger Austausch mit globalen Teams

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Clients, Patch-Management und Microsoft Intune
• Führungsstärke und Organisationstalent, optimalerweise im internationalen Kontext
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in PowerShell, moderne Client-Management-Tools sowie Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung
• Plus: Know-how in PatchMyPC, SentinelOne, Cloudflare Warp, ServiceNow und Affinität zu agilen Methoden (SCRUM, ITIL etc.)
• Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
