Ihre Aufgaben:
• Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Rechenzentrums-Teams sowie Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Infrastruktur

• Verantwortung für die Planung, Implementierung und Überwachung von System- und Netzwerkarchitekturen

• Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, Virtualisierung und Storage-Lösungen

• Koordination externer Dienstleister und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen

• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse zur Erhöhung von Effizienz und Verfügbarkeit

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Teams und im Betrieb von Rechenzentren

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung, Storage, Netzwerk- und Servertechnologien

• Erfahrung mit IT-Sicherheitskonzepten und Compliance-Anforderungen

• Kommunikationsstärke, Führungsqualitäten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
