• Du verantwortest die fachliche Koordination deines Teams sowie das Coaching und die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter.
• Du pflegst einen intensiven Austausch und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den fachlichen Ansprechpartnern des Kunden sowie den globalen Standorten.
• Du leitest dein Team eigenverantwortlich, führst die Personalplanung, Leistungsbeurteilungen und Mitarbeitergespräche durch.
• Du analysierst die Geschäftsabläufe zur Optimierung und Dokumentation der Prozesse.
• Du steuerst das operative Tagesgeschäft inklusive der Personalbedarfsplanung, erstellst Reportings und bereitest Analysen für die Stakeholder vor.

• Persönlichkeit: Führungsstark, kommunikativ, zuverlässig, teamfähig, empathisch, kundenorientiert
• Arbeitsweise: eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert, analytisch, service- und qualitätsorientiert
• Erfahrungen und Know-How: Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, Begeisterung für neue Technologien und den Automobilbereich, gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Sprachen: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
