Teamlead Industrialization (m/f/d)

Your mission:
Take innovation beyond development — lead industrialization that delivers real-world impact.

• Manage a team of up to 10 production and manufacturing engineers, ensuring effective task allocation and goal achievement.
• Analyse and improve production flow (composites, trimming, painting, assembly) by reducing effort, improving ergonomics, and resolving production issues.
• Improve production efficiency by reducing costs and material usage; implement standardisation and develop industrialisation equipment, tools, and jigs.
• Ensure effective simultaneous engineering across departments.
• Maintain process stability by owning work instructions and production documentation; perform process validation.
• Ensure product quality by supporting production and quality teams and maintaining safe, standardised, and efficient processes.
• Identify, document, and report unsafe practices and production issues.

Your profile:
• You have an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or equivalent professional qualification and 5+ years of proven experience in manufacturing engineering or similar.
• Your experience with Catia and 3D experience software as well as MS office is excellent; knoledge in VBA is a plus.
• In Jira and Confluence you have poficient knowledge and you are competent in Linux and Python.
• You have a project management certification in Prince2 or equivalent .
• Your knowledge in time studies for work method, work procedure and work condition is good; a REFA method certification (or similar) is a plus.
• You have superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• You can communicate at a sophisticated level in both German and English.
