We want as many properties as possible to undergo energy-efficient renovations. To achieve this, we combine energy expertise with digital innovation. Germany’s existing building stock must be extensively renovated to achieve its climate targets. We support major owners, portfolio operators and property managers as well as private owners with individual renovation concepts, optimal advice on subsidies and practical project support.
