Tasks:
• You lead and develop a sales team 
• You ensure the structured execution of our existing Sales Operating System for Alibaba.com 
• You create transparency across the sales funnel (KPIs, pipeline reviews, forecasting) 
• You manage inbound and outbound activities and establish clear activity standards 
• You coach your team on activity management, meeting quality, and closing discipline 
• You systematically develop seller productivity 
• You identify operational levers to improve performance and implement them consistently 
• You work closely with the Director Customer Acquisition and the CRO

Profile:
• You hold a university degree or completed vocational training with a strong affinity for B2B and digital business models 
• You have several years of experience in B2B sales 
• You have at least 2 years of leadership experience and have ideally already managed a sales team 
• You bring hands-on closing experience in new customer acquisition 
• You are familiar with outbound sales processes and thrive in a performance-driven environment 
• You think in KPIs (e.g., funnel, conversion, seller efficiency) and manage accordingly 
• You are confident working with CRM systems as well as pipeline and forecast management 
• You are able to adapt and further develop existing systems and processes 
• You communicate confidently in German and English; French is a strong plus 

Nice-to-have: 
• SaaS or subscription sales experience 
• Experience in Telco, Payment, or SMB tech environments 
• International sales exposure
