• Lead a multi-product application engineers team
• Define product & Service requirements based on customer input and related application
• Technical training to customers and internal stakeholders
• Technical support for claims (quality incidents) and performance issues
• Clarification of technical questions and recommendation for improvements
• Ensure proper documentation about product performance (data collection and analysis)
• Support Innovation by providing market/customer feedback and customer needs
• Lead and support customer specific projects in close collaboration with all stakeholders
• Applies product engineering tools incl. specific requirements and provide input for improvements
• Close collaboration with other BA’s and central functions
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline
• Minimum of five years’ experience in R&D, application engineering, and/or sales engineering
• Experience in a related industries is preferred
• Solid product knowledge and understanding of relevant applications, including industry-specific requirements, is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Proven leadership experience
