Job Description

Team Planning Partner (Resource Manager)

About the job

As a Team Planning Partner at Go Nimbly, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Delivery organization—owning day-to-day team planning execution while bringing a thoughtful, long-term perspective to how we staff our teams.

You'll be joining as we establish Go Nimbly's first dedicated Team Planning function. Initially, you'll take ownership of team planning for our Partner Services portfolio through knowledge transfer from the current owner, with your scope evolving as we integrate these practices organization-wide.

This role goes beyond scheduling. You’ll help ensure the right people are aligned to the right work at the right time, considering not only immediate delivery needs, but also skill development, sustainability, and optimal team composition. You’ll work closely with Delivery leaders and the Team Planning Manager to translate strategy into action and continuously improve how we plan and deploy our talent.

Your hands-on execution will directly inform how we scale these practices across the company; we'll look to your experience and observations to help us distinguish what's working from what needs reimagining.

You’ll be trusted to dive in to executional work, share observations on the state of our data and systems, and bring clarity and recommendations in a fast-moving, professional services environment where deals can move quickly and resources support multiple concurrent projects with evolving timelines.

**Remote: Location Requirements

We’re a fully remote company. At this time, we are only looking to hire candidates who are currently located in one of the below countries at the time of hire. Unfortunately, if you currently live outside these locations, we’re not able to move forward with your application at this time.

Countries: Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico, Brazil.

A Team Planning Partner will spend time:

• Taking ownership of team planning for a high-velocity segment of the business through rapid knowledge transfer, then Partnering with Delivery leadership to develop and maintain strategic staffing plans across projects and customers.

• Owning day-to-day staffing decisions grounded in data, context, and established criteria; partnering with Delivery Directors and Engagement Managers by surfacing recommendations and trade-off options where decisions involve strategic priorities or resource constraints.

• Executing team planning activities that balance capacity, skills, utilization, and professional development.

• Auditing and maintaining accuracy across resourcing plans, PSA tools, reporting, and Salesforce, including documentation gaps, data needs, and process improvement opportunities.

• Identifying resourcing risks and constraints early, and proposing thoughtful solutions and trade-offs.

• Providing insights and recommendations based on capacity trends, pipeline changes, and delivery needs.

• Maintaining an up-to-date view of team availability, skills, and allocations.

• Supporting forecasting, scenario planning, and prioritization efforts led by the Team Planning Manager.

• Serve as the practitioner voice in the continuous improvement of team planning processes, tools, and standards.

What’s in it for you?

• A meaningful role influencing how teams are staffed and developed in a growing professional services organization.

• Close partnership with Delivery and Operations leadership, including the opportunity to shape how we build team planning practices from the ground up, not just execute established processes.

• Exposure to strategic decision-making that impacts both customers and teammates.

• Room to grow as the function matures—your scope will evolve as Partner Services planning integrates with organization-wide capabilities.

• Fully remote work environment.

• Annual company camp to connect, reflect, and plan.

• Strong emphasis on professional development and career growth.

About you

• 4–6 years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, delivery operations, or a related role within a professional services, consulting, or agency environment.

• Ability to ramp quickly, embrace ownership of existing processes, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively across teams.

• Comfortable executing today's processes while informing tomorrow's. You’re willing to take ownership of executing established planning process and contributing to designing the broader team planning function.

• Strategic mindset that considers long-term professional development and optimal staffing—not just speed to start.

• Strong point of view on resource management grounded in prior experience—able to make trade-offs in complex environments, distinguish what drives success from what creates unnecessary overhead, and recommend practices that fit the business need rather than process for process' sake.

• Proven ability to audit, validate, and improve data quality across resourcing tools and reporting systems.

• Excellent, proactive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with PSA tools (e.g., Kantata) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with comfort adapting as our systems and tooling evolve.

• This role is not service scheduling, recruiting coordination, or transactional staffing; you bring a systems-oriented, partnership-driven approach.
