1. Purpose of the Role
To ensure reliable operation, safety, and availability of process Punching tools , Rollers and associated equipment through effective preventive,  corrective, and breakdown maintenance in compliance with company, statutory, and customer requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Execute Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, calibration  & Breakdown Maintenance for process rollers.
• Ensure 100% adherence to PM schedules and attend emergency breakdowns promptly
• Maintain standby rollers, tools, trolleys, and maintenance store
• Maintain Roller & Tool  history cards, PM check sheets, daily reports, and breakdown records
• Conduct root cause analysis (Why-Why) and work towards improving MTTR & MTBF
• Coordinate and monitor external contractors for quality and safety compliance.
• Spare parts management.
• Generate and implement Kaizens, cost-saving, and energy-saving initiatives
3. Safety, Quality & Compliance
• Comply with company safety policies including LOTO, MSDS.
• Follow QMS, IATF-16949, OHSAS, Functional Safety.
• Maintain 5S, environmental, and quality standards at workplace.
4. Skills & Competencies
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, Outlook.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work independently and in rotational shifts
5. Additional Responsibilities
• Maintain personal tools with updated documented tool list.
• Provide technical support to team members.
• Execute special assignments assigned by Supervisor / Management.
• Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Maintenance with 2–3 years experience.
• Experience in tool room / machine shop (Added advantage), Exposure to polymer / printing industry.
