Team Members at Sbarro are responsible for delivering fast, friendly service and preparing high-quality food in a clean, team-oriented environment. Whether working in the kitchen or at the front counter, each team member plays a key role in providing a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders and operate the cash register accurately.
• Prepare pizzas, pasta, salads, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in all work areas.
• Restock and prep food items to ensure availability during busy periods.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• No experience required—training provided.
• Must be 16 years or older (age requirement may vary by state).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
