🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you’ll be the reason guests leave with a smile. You’ll:

Serve up milkshakes, sundaes, chocolates, and joy with consistency and flair

Share our story and products while providing exceptional customer service

Help guests discover new favorites through sampling, recommendations, and upselling

Keep our shop organized, clean, and stocked (from retail shelves to freezers)

Support fun seasonal promotions and displays

Ensure food safety and cash-handling practices are always followed

Jump in as needed to keep the team moving smoothly
