Sutherland is looking for a highly skilled Adobe Layer professional to join our innovative team at Sutherland. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe technologies to enhance our digital experiences, driving creative solutions and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. You will be pivotal in architecting and implementing powerful applications that utilize Adobe's suite of products, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Adobe Layer integrations that enhance user experience and engagement across all digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Adobe solutions.
• Implement and optimize Adobe Experience Manager setups for content delivery and asset management.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics to track and analyze user behavior, providing actionable insights to improve digital strategies.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Adobe solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on Adobe product updates and industry trends to continually enhance our digital platforms.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience working with Adobe technologies, particularly Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and ability to derive insights from user data.
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivering high-quality digital solutions.

Preferred:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines related to Adobe deployments.
• Certifications related to Adobe technologies are a plus. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong coding skills in Java, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and content delivery networks (CDNs).
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of 8 to 10 team members.
• Native Korean Speaker or can speak Korean at an intermediate level with B1 English skills.
