Role: Team Leaders – Late Shift x 2

Location: Gaskell House, Preston, PR2

Hours: Late shift,
Monday – Friday 14:30 to 23:00

Salary: £13.23 p/h

The Role:

We are looking to recruit 2 x Team Leaders for the late shift. These roles are to assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations within the warehouse and organise workloads. You will be responsible for motivating, coaching and developing other team members, resolving conflicts and creating a positive can-do attitude with the ability to  bring others to your level.

The Business:

Recycling Lives Services provide services for WEEE, Batteries and Packaging compliance as well as total waste management services. We provide UK wide coverage and by working closely with Recycling Lives Charity we deliver positive outcomes for people and planet in all we do. We deliver services that change lives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Delegate and assign responsibilities and tasks to team members

Monitor team members performance, provide constructive feedback

Identify process issues with the ability to implement and improve new processes

Operate any plant onsite that you have been fully trained on

Any other duties within your capabilities as and when required

Drive and enforce the importance of health and safety.

Understanding of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment

Ability to work collaboratively within a team
