We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP & NON-SAP Application Security handling User Administration in SAP & NON-SAP Applications along with strong internal/external audit experience candidate

Candidates should possess a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience in User Administration specially around security, compliance & audit topics.

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate experience in leading the Security Compliance Monitoring, User Access Management & Audit Control Initiatives, Strong analytical skills, project management experience, and familiarity with relevant SAP security tool and frameworks are also required.

This level of experience ensures that the candidate can effectively manage complex authorization concept in METRO environments including S4/HANA and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Responsible for the operation of security compliance monitoring related tasks, SAP Security (Authorization) & GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance), User Administrations/Management, Internal/External audits, ticketing, tracking processes and steer escalations if needed, build up and assign team members to incoming tasks, surveillance and monitoring of team education and performance, Evaluate and prioritize problems, complaints and service requests and formulate plans of resolution

• 9+ years of experience in SAP & NON-SAP Application Security handling User Administration in SAP & NON-SAP Applications along with strong internal/external audit experience

• Responsible for the monitoring and leading an assigned Security Compliance Monitoring team.
• Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across METRO of agreed policies and procedures by team members in collaboration with the external IT Partner
• Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for SCM related business processes and steer the same with our external IT Partner.
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of SCM processes and procedures.
• Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards as Defined in relevant service level agreements.
