Purpose of Position
This role leads the growth of Awin’s partnership ecosystem by developing high‑value relationships across influencers. Its main goals are to drive revenue through strategic partner acquisition, optimize performance, improve a relationship with the influencers and guide a team toward delivering scalable, data‑driven commercial results.
Key Tasks
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of influencer managers.
• Lead the full lifecycle campaigns, from proposal to execution and reporting.
• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and agency partners.
• Oversee identification, vetting, negotiation, and management of influencers/creators.
• Design and refine internal workflows, templates, guidelines, and quality-control frameworks.
• Oversee campaign reporting, insights, and post-mortem analyses
• Be the local representative.
Skills & Expertise
• 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or related areas.
• 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Fluent in Portuguese and high proficiency in English
• Highly effective communicator with extensive, demonstrable stakeholder‑management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to confidently present and persuade any audience on a given objective or topic.
• Exceptional organizational skills, comfortable with running and coordinating multiple topics simultaneously.
• Inspirational personality that can instill confidence and bring the best out of people.
• Exceptional eye for detail; never takes anything at face value and always questions the status quo.
• Coordination of multiple stakeholders or complex projects.
• High level of industry knowledge and developed presence within the wider affiliate community.
• Outstanding relationship‑builder with a strong existing network within or relevant to the business.
• Expert understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and performance marketing in general.
• Managing influencer relationships or talent agencies.
• Experience with brands, agencies, or large enterprise clients is often a strong plus.
• Project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, Notion).
• Influencer platforms (CreatorIQ, Tagger, Traackr, Influencity, Grin).
• Excellent computer literacy, experience with sales pipeline, CRM & data analytic tools (Salesforce and PBI is a plus).
