Team Leader - Private Markets

As the Team Leader of Private Markets, you will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to capturing and analyzing vital data related to private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other private investment sectors. You will ensure our offerings meet the high standards expected by our clients while driving the team's performance and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Private Markets team to achieve departmental goals and enhance team performance.
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of data collected regarding private market investments and strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the depth and breadth of Private Markets data offerings.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align team objectives with organizational goals while contributing to product development.
• Manage key client relationships and provide expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge of private markets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on private markets, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing successful teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends in the private markets space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Results-driven with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Experience in client relationship management and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and platforms.
