Team Leader - Operations :

Location: Waverock Building, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Leader who can manage a Team of 15 - 20 employees

Primary Responsibilities:

• Allocating tasks to staff and make sure work is completed on time

• Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard

• Make daily reports and dash boards and update it to the Management

• Carrying out performance reviews

• Discussing and resolving problems

• Motivate employees to maximize output

• Improve performance of team members who are in bottom quartile

Desired Skills and Experience:

2-3 years of Experience in Voice process for an International call center with at least 6 months experience as Team Leader ( on papers )

Qualifications:

Any graduate with excellent communication skills

Other Skills: Committed , Good in Research.
