We are seeking for a POS Team Leader with experience in leading the successful development, delivery and maintenance of a wide-variety of Transaction Automation solutions and services, and with experience in leading the successful development, delivery and maintenance of a wide-variety of Transaction Automation solutions and services.

You will lead a team responsible for the flawless execution of a wide variety of Printec products & solutions, provide technical sales and pre-sales support for complex and demanding projects and ensure the efficient & on-time service provision to ensure great customer experience and satisfaction. You will bring customer focus, analytical thinking, exceptional problem solving & agility skills, team leadership and passion for technology & innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of C++ and Android developers for POS system.
• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture.
• Provide technical guidance and support in C++ and Android development.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure that all software deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status to senior management.
• Providing support of other teams during of process of sale

Requirements:
• Bachelor/University Degree in Computer Science or related field. MSc in Computer Science or similar is considered as a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on C++ and Android development.
• Previous experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, and Kotlin.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cross-platform development tools and frameworks.
