• Piloter l’équipe NOC, gérer les incidents majeurs, coordonner les travaux programmés et garantir l’atteinte des KPI/SLA de supervision réseau d’un opérateur
• Priorisation des incidents selon leur criticité et leur impact sur le client
• Suivi de la documentation des incidents et anomalies dans les rapports quotidiens, incluant la description, la cause identifiée, l’action corrective et les recommandations,
• Proposition et suivi des actions correctives visant à réduire la récurrence des incidents et à améliorer la performance du réseau
• Contribution aux analyses post-incident (RCA) et aux plans d’amélioration continue.
• Coordination opérationnelle de son équipe
• Garantir la mise à jour de la base de connaissances des incidents
• Maintenir le respect des SLA/KPI et du processus de gestion des incidents
• Détecter et anticiper la récurrence des incidents par l'ouverture de problèmes de son périmètre
• Participer en cellules de crise du client
• Encadrement des techniciens NOC.
• Supervision de la qualité des tickets, escalades et rapports.
• Coordination complète des maintenances nocturnes

• BAC+5 en réseau Telecom
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
• Ingénieur Télécom Réseaux avancés : IP/MPLS, Radio 4G/5G, Fibre/DWDM, Microwave, Core.
• Outils : OSS/NMS, reporting KPI (Power BI).
• Leadership, gestion de crise, communication forte.
• Esprit d’analyse, orientation résultats
