About the Role:

As a Team Leader in our logistics center, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all operational processes within your area. Together with your team, you make sure that quality and quantity standards are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will coach, train, and motivate your team (20–50 people) while coordinating daily tasks. You will work closely with other team leaders and report directly to the shift supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for our logistics talents.
• Encourage new ideas and creativity within your team and implement new processes.
• Train and motivate employees while supporting their personal and professional development.
• Create and manage staff schedules for daily operations.
• Check attendance, break times, and working hours.

About You:

• Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Hands-on mindset.
• You are honest, open-minded, and earn the trust of your colleagues.
• You are team-oriented and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required; Dutch is a plus.
