Job Purpose:

The Team leader is responsible for maintaining and installing a specific product into store, which could include, but is not limited to,
organizing products for display, Planning Visual Merchandising, Lighting, building of unitary and store negotiations. An installation team leader is responsible for day to day operational activities in store by building and completing tasks related to the installation of various types of display unitary. They install the unitary, remove old unitary, and test connections to make sure they are working properly. Installation team leader are also accountable for the stock related material.

- Correct usage of the vehicle and tablet
- Timeously communication between line management

- Vehicle checks

Minimum qualifications & Skills

- Knowledge of Johannesburg and the North West regions (non-negotiable)

- Grade 12 or NQF 4 or related experience
- Analytical skills
- Good and responsible driver with a valid Driver's License.
- Plan, priorities, co-ordinate and manage multiple initiatives
- Attention to detail

- 3 – 5 years retail experience
- Experienced on basic hand tools as well as measuring units / spaces
