Key Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are well-presented, maintained, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
• Promote a high standard of customer service and ensure compliance with company procedures, including fatigue management.
About you
You’re a natural leader with strong operational awareness and a hands-on approach. You’re organised, dependable, and able to keep things running smoothly while supporting your team. You’re just as comfortable behind the wheel as you are coordinating schedules and solving day-to-day challenges.
You’ll bring:
• A minimum Class 4 New Zealand Driver’s Licence.
• Proven experience in a driving role (HR or Class 4).
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle operations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
