The Auto Loans Team Leader is responsible for managing and driving the performance of a regional sales team, including supervisors and sales agents. The role focuses on achieving monthly auto loan sales targets, managing day-to-day operational activities, maintaining strong relationships with car dealerships, and ensuring the team delivers a high-quality customer experience.
The Team Leader will distribute the assigned monthly target among the team members and ensure that operational processes, documentation, and customer onboarding are executed accurately and efficiently.
What you'll do::
• Manage and lead a team of supervisors and auto loan sales agents within the assigned region.
• Ensure the team achieves the assigned monthly auto loan sales targets.
• Distribute individual targets across team members based on capacity and dealership coverage.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the team.
• Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to supervisors and agents.
Dealership Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships within the assigned region.
• Identify new dealership partnerships and opportunities to increase loan volumes.
• Ensure Klivvr’s financing solutions are properly promoted and understood by dealership partners.
• Resolve dealership issues and ensure smooth collaboration with sales teams.
Operational Oversight
• Supervise the team’s daily operations, including client onboarding and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork and financing applications.
• Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, risk, and compliance) to ensure smooth processing of auto loan applications.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Team Management
• Manage supervisors and agents to ensure productivity and discipline within the team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, challenges, and sales strategies.
• Ensure proper territory coverage and dealership engagement across the region.
Personal Sales Contribution
• Generate direct auto loan sales through personal relationships and dealership networks.
• Onboard new clients and support high-value deals when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have::
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in auto finance, banking sales, or automotive dealership sales.
• Previous experience managing sales teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sales performance management.
• Relationship building with dealerships and partners.
• Strong understanding of auto finance products.
