Team Lead UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

 
 

Your new role: 

• Use Figma together with modern AI tooling (large language models, MCP based agents etc.) to go from design to interactive prototypes that users can actually click

• Continuously explore and evaluate new AI and automation tools that can speed up UX workflows, from ideation to testable prototypes

• Create personas, scenarios and user flows

• Conduct user research

• Organize and perform user tests to evaluate your design

• Be able to communicate your design to multiple stakeholders internal and external

• Be in constant exchange with product manager/owner and developers

• Leading a team of UX/UI designers

Your skills: 

• Professional experience in UX/UI (min. 3 years)

• Experience with Design tools such as Figma

• Jira and Scrum should not be foreign to you

• Fluent English is required – German is a plus

• Experience in leading a team of designers

• Experience in driving and executing UX/UI strategies

• Creative thinking, problem-solving, communication skills

• Self-management and thinking out of the box

• Healthcare experience would be desirable but is not required

The minimum salary for this position is € 45.000,-- gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement in Austria, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
