About Ansible Motion

Responsibilities
Will lead the technical support team and ensure high-quality resolution of technical issues across the company’s deployed simulator systems. 
Reporting directly to the Simulator Group Manager they will be responsible for:
• Provide technical leadership for the investigation and resolution of customer-reported issues.
• Own the planning, prioritisation, and tracking of the team’s workload, in alignment with project and commercial support teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes, documentation, and customer outcomes.
• Mentoring and developing support technician(s), ensuring skill development and performance management.
 
Essential
• Proven track record in a technical support team role.
• Experience with professional ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in cross disciplinary troubleshooting such as in IT/Network communications/Mechanical systems.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
 
Desirable
Interest in automotive, motorsport or simulation applications.
