About the role
We are looking for a Technical Account Management Director – APAC to lead and scale our TAM organization across key markets,driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening publisher relationships across APAC.
The ideal candidate combines strong SSP experience, deep monetization knowledge, data-driven thinking, and leadership capability, with a proven ability to manage both technical execution and commercial outcomes.
What you will do
Team Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and manage the APAC TAM team across multiple markets (China, India, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia)
Define team structure, priorities, and performance metrics aligned with revenue goals
• Coach and develop team members to improve both technical and commercial capabilities
Revenue & Performance Ownership
• Own and drive publisher revenue growth across Verve Performance P+ Platform ( Previous PubNative) and Verve Branding P+ Platform (Previous Smaato )
• Mainly monitor revenue and other key metrics, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
• Lead performance optimization initiatives across traffic, demand channels, and ad formats
Publisher & Client Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier publishers and strategic partners
• Act as the senior escalation point for key accounts
• Partner closely with Commercial teams to support onboarding, expansion, and retention
Technical & Operational Excellence
• Oversee end-to-end publisher lifecycle, including:
• Integration kickoff and onboarding
• SDK / mediation integrations (MAX, LevelPlay, etc.)
• New inventory enablement
• SDK version updates
• Ensure high standards in:
• Discrepancy monitoring and resolution
• P2P revenue validation
• Traffic quality and compliance
Data & Insights
• Work closely with the Analytics team to develop optimization strategies.
• Leverage data analysis to identify performance issues and optimization opportunities
• Translate data into actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners
• Drive adoption of best practices across monetization strategies
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Demand teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance
• Provide structured feedback to influence product roadmap based on market needs
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
