Our Values

We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Team Lead for our DACH region to lead our Talent Acquisition Partners. The mission of this role is no less than to help built and run the best-in-market talent acquisition processes.

You will lead our existing team of TA in Berlin and Lyon to enable the next growth stage of Agicap from our Berlin office. The role reports to the Head of TA and is working together closely with our Senior Management Team.

In this role, you will manage an existing team of 3 TA and be a key interface to other TAs, senior business managers and C-levels.

What you will do::
• Execute hiring strategies together with the senior leadership team
• Built, train & retain a team of 3 TAs and ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee and improve staff performance & efficiency together
• Improve hiring processes focused on outreach, qualification and engagement
• Be a motivator, a sparing partner & coach for your own organization and others every single day
• Stay hands on by hiring the top talents for our offices
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring strategies that align with AGICAP's hyper-growth trajectory
• Recruit top talents each month, in Germany, for Business roles

Challenges::
• Establish a high performance, strong willigness to learn, team culture
• Guide the team through changes required to fit the mid-market and value based hiring and outreach approach
• Find the right split between motivating the team members that have been around longer and establishing a new fresh culture
• Be active on sourcing, hunting and hiring for our office top talents in Sales and Customer Service.

What we are looking for::
• 4-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 6 months in a leadership role
• Proven hiring track record
• Fluent in German & English in a business setting
• Experience in Sales hire will be a strong plus
• Expert coach, willigness to go deep and be obsessed with the success of others
• Hands-On : proven track record of getting hands dirty. Must want to go into details by doing things themselves and lead by example every day.
• Grit & Perseverance : must have relentless ambition to succeed and take others along the journey. Understands resilience in high paced environments.
