The Opportunity:

We are looking to fill an opening for a Team Lead, System Access Management to join our our Technology Support Services Team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Support Services the Team Lead, System Access Management leads a dedicated access management team supporting a high-profile, revenue-critical client environment. This role will be focused on delivering white-glove service, meeting strict SLA’s, improving turnaround times, and ensuring a seamless onboarding/offboarding experience for clients.

This role is critical to maintaining client trust, protecting service reputation, and stabilizing operations during a high-demand period.

What your day looks like:

• Lead a dedicated system access management Team providing provisioning, de-provisioning, and role change access ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding experiences that minimize business disruption
• Collaborate with high-value clients ensuring reliable, responsive, high-quality access management service delivery while stabilizing operations during a period of high demand
• Deliver high-touch service for a high-profile client environment
• Ensure accurate and timely onboarding/offboarding of advisors, clients and investors
• Act as the primary escalation point for stakeholders and handle sensitive escalations with professionalism and urgency while maintaining strong relationships
• Lead daily standups to review queue health, backlog trends, urgent onboarding and SLA risks
• Monitor and maintain daily service metrics including strict SLA adherence, MTTR, backlog levels, ticket quality and client satisfaction indicators
• Drive continuous improvement in intake processes and request templates
• Establish high standards for documentation, communications and request clarity
• Build trust through proactive communication and transparency with the stakeholders and team
• Provide regular service health updates to leadership and business
• Manage intake queues, backlog and prioritization in adherence to the SLAs. and effectively co-ordinate workload distribution across team
• Build reporting dashboards and provide weekly service reports to leadership
• Partner with project managers on onboarding waves and support client initiatives, migrations and access changes
• Ensure resource planning during peak migration periods
• Provide coaching to the direct team while maintaining morale during high pressure periods


Requirements:
Your experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in Access Management/IAM Service Desk leadership
• Experience supporting high-profile or enterprise clients
• Strong queue management and SLA delivery experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in supporting access management in financial services, regulated or enterprise environment
• Strong presentation and reporting skills (Power point, Excel, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties principles
• Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP (user and group management)
• Experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Broadridge/Dataphile required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and task prioritization under pressure
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
• Knowledge of ITIL processes/tools like Service Desk Plus, Service Now is preferred
• IAM certifications are an asset

Salary

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $83,000 - $100,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
