We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and coordinate our delivery operations and customer service teams.
Job Duties
The role manages a department of approximately 15–20 colleagues and requires someone who can work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, particularly during peak periods and holidays. A hands-on leadership style, strong delegation, and follow-up skills are essential.
This role oversees three interconnected teams:
Delivery Services Office / Concierge (online orders, catering, food service, and home delivery)
Shoppers (grocery order picking)
Dispatch & Drivers (delivery scheduling and execution)
Act as the main point of contact for weddings and events, meeting with customers and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth delivery and execution.
Motivates and inspire team members to achieve departmental and company goals.
Open communication with team members and provide ongoing feedback.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Coach Team Leaders with the management of team members and following internal processes (including disciplinary, absence management, schedules & payroll)
Observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards.
Uphold company core values at all times.
Be a subject matter expert on our products.
Other related duties as assigned by Manager.

Key skills/requirements:
Proven team leadership experience of at least 3+ years.
Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
Ability to perform effectively under extreme pressure and during peak trading periods.
Strong and proven organizational and delegation skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, politely and persuasively with all levels across diverse cultures.
Grocery/retail/F&B/events industry knowledge/experience desirable.
Knowledge of food services, food hygiene & safety practices.
Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend fluent English.
Must have good PC skills, especially with the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
Reliable and dependable; able to work a flexible schedule.
