Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.
 
Join a team where your work directly supports the patients who rely on our products every day. As the Team Lead for Small Batch Production, you will support the Head of SBP in coordinating day to day operations, keeping production safe, efficient, and compliant. You will train and mentor team members, oversee product assembly, perform visual inspections, and ensure all work instructions and quality standards are followed.
You will maintain production flow by monitoring materials, completing accurate documentation, preparing batch records, and ensuring finished products are packaged and ready for shipment. You will help resolve production issues, support cross‑department communication, and uphold 5S, safety, and hygiene expectations. SAP and Guardus entries will be part of your daily routine to keep records accurate.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting a team, and keeping operations running smoothly while upholding the quality standards our patients depend on.
• Industrial or technical training of 3 years with additional specialized training.
• At least 3 years in a production lead or coordination role.
• Strong production knowledge with problem solving, quick learning, and solid interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, support performance, and promote a safe and collaborative environment.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating change.
• Clear communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Strong self‑management with reliable time and task organization.
