Requirements:
What you will do:
• Work closely with Head of Sales on SME sales for Thailand including new acquisition, account management and after sales service
• Co-create a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize opportunities and achieve organizational objectives
• Drive sales performance and KPIs for the team assigned
• Ensure revenue maximization through risk based pricing and fee collection
• Support end to end sales process management to optimize costs and ensure best turnaround time
• Ensure sales bring in good quality deals and keep delinquencies to the minimum
• Train team to improve memo submissions and keep errors to zero
• Support the Head of Sales in creating and managing sales dashboards relevant for daily, monthly and quarterly tracking
• Use data to drive sales related decision making
• Review sales performance and create a strong performance management culture within the team
• Work closely with partnership team to deliver on partnership goals for long term scalability
• Develop relations with senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier borrowers in the industry
• Monitor changes in the industry and competition and leverage them for business opportunities
• Ensure organizational objectives are met in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins
• Work closely with credit, ops, marketing and other teams to achieve organizational objectives
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 10 years experience in SME lending or B2B sales.
• Demonstrate sales team management and problem solving experience
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong performance track record of meeting individual and team sales targets
• Proactive attitude, able to build and manage key relationships
