We are looking for a Team Lead Quality (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible and lead our Quality Department in Flensburg, among other responsibilities.
This is how You Make a Difference:
As Team Lead Quality (m/f/d), you will lead our dynamic Quality team in Flensburg and be responsible for our Integrated Management System (IMS). Your tasks include:
• Leading the Quality department and being responsible for the strategic development of the management systems (ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001) in close alignment with the company strategy
• Defining the strategic direction of the quality division, including quality planning and supplier quality, as well as ensuring its implementation
• Conceptualizing, planning and conducting system, process, and product audits at the site, as well as with Purchasing at external suppliers and service providers; analysing weak points and ensuring their elimination
• Independently managing quality management projects to continuously improve quality performance and processes within the group, in coordination with local quality managers
• Preparing KPIs and reports to monitor product quality, coordinating complaint management and tracking corrective measures
• Regular reporting to the management team on current status and performance
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing measures to ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements (including KBA requirements, railway industry requirements, and support in the area of Safety Integrity Level 2 (SIL)) (desirable)
• Close coordination with process owners regarding documentation, analysis, and improvement of processes and related documents
• Deriving, defining, and implementing quality objectives and guidelines in cooperation with management
You are:
• reliable, independent, and above all execution-driven
• confident when interacting with internal and external stakeholders and capable of asserting yourself in key situations
• a strong team player with leadership experience
• communicative and possess strong intercultural competence
What you Bring to the Table:
• A completed degree in engineering (e.g., electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification
• 10+ years of experience in the quality field, including leadership responsibility in a comparable role
• Solid knowledge in building and developing management systems and in road traffic regulations, especially concerning the KBA (desirable)
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in railway technology and rail operations is an advantage
