As Team Lead Product Management (f/m/d) – Core Platform, you lead a group of Product Managers responsible for domain-based platform services. Your mission is to ensure consistent, high-quality product management across teams and enable the Core Platform to deliver reliable, scalable, and valuable capabilities.

Your tasks:

• Lead and manage a team of Product Managers within Core Platform, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting their growth in product thinking, execution, and stakeholder management.

• Own hiring, onboarding, and career development while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure strong product management standards across teams, including effective use of roadmaps, prioritization, validation, and documentation.

• Drive consistent, outcome-driven product development with high transparency and clarity in decision-making across teams.

• Oversee delivery and operational alignment across platform teams to ensure predictable and high-quality execution.

• Align planning, prioritization, and execution processes across Product Managers and teams.

• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery bottlenecks.

• Support teams in balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform investments.

• Partner closely with the Lead Product Manager Platform as well as engineering leadership and stakeholders to ensure strong cross-functional collaboration.

• Translate Core Platform strategy into clear, actionable direction for Product Managers.

• Experience driving product strategy in complex environments and ensuring clear execution across multiple teams.

• Deep product management expertise in prioritization, roadmapping, discovery, validation, and KPI-based decision-making.

• Ability to establish and scale consistent, high-quality product processes across teams.

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align Product, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of platform products (e.g. APIs, services, scalability, reuseability)

• Ability to work closely with engineering on technical constraints and architecture trade-offs.

• Continuous improvement and impact-oriented mindset, focused on improving processes and delivering meaningful business value.
