We are seeking a full-time Team Lead, Personal Lines, to join our growing team. This role will provide direct day-to-day supervision for the department. This role will help ensure consistent policies, processes, and workflows are defined and followed to enhance the employee and customer experience; and create an engaging and safe work environment. This role will also maintain a manageable client list to ensure they remain current with markets, processes, and systems.
So, What Will You Spend Your Days Doing?
Provide technical leadership and guidance on policies, markets, processes to ensure a consistent experience.
Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the team.
Manages time off requests for direct reports
Monitor worklists and workloads, host regular team meetings.
Responsible for all aspects of performance management for the team (coaching, performance management, career development, hiring, onboarding etc.)
Conducting 1-1 meetings with the team and participating in annual performance review process
Ensure consistent workflows, policies, and processes are established, followed, and maintained.
Complete quality reviews and provide follow up coaching and/or training.
Serve as the first point of escalations for staff, carriers, customers.
Provide or source any training and development opportunities.
Training and organizing set up of new hires.
Qualifications
Must be RIBO licensed (if applicable)
Must have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a brokerage
Proven track record successfully supervising/leading a team.
Experience implementing and/or responsibility for process, workflows, quality reviews and/or training.
